Terms and Conditions

Subject matter and validity

The Terms and Conditions apply exclusively and are subject to any contract for the sale of goods of the sole proprietorship Sommer Seifen. We hereby expressly object to deviating regulations of the contractual partner. We are entitled to amend or amend these General Terms and Conditions, including any annexes, at any time with a reasonable period of notice. Orders received before the change will be processed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions in force at that time.

Conclusion

The purchase is made after you have received the order confirmation by email. If you have provided an invalid email address, the order will be considered confirmed as soon as we receive it electronically. The order of the customer is made online on the website www.chanconette.ch, by e-mail or in writing.

Prices

All prices in the online shop are binding and we do not charge VAT. Price adjustments and product changes are reserved and are possible at any time without prior announcement and without giving reasons. Our offers are non-binding. The product representations are created to the best of our knowledge and belief, since each natural product is handmade and therefore unique, small deviations and changes compared to our illustrations or descriptions may be possible.

Terms of payment

The following payment options are currently available in the online shop: purchase on account, prepayment. Delivery against invoice is due for payment within 10 days without deduction. The invoice will be delivered with the delivery of the goods.

In the event of non-compliance with the payment modalities, the customer will receive a reminder within 30 days with a payment term of 10 days. If this payment deadline is not met, Sommer Seifen reserves the right to initiate debt collection.

Sommer Seifen may require partial or full advance payment, in particular if there is no business relationship with the customer yet, or if there are other reasons that require the customer to secure the payment.

Delivery and shipping costs

Deliveries are only made within Switzerland.

If an advance payment invoice is not paid within the specified period of 7 days, we will remind you by email. If, despite this message, the invoice is not paid after another 7 days and we do not receive a response to the message, we will cancel your order.

The shipping costs can be selected in the online shop and depend on the quantity of the order and the shipping method (A or B Mail). Goods that are in stock will be shipped within 3 days of ordering. If the goods are not in stock when ordered, reproduction takes up to 8 weeks. If this happens, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The buyer can then withdraw from the purchase contract if the delivery date is exceeded by more than 2 weeks, unless you negotiate a different agreement with us.

All products are personally made by hand. Therefore, there may be slight differences in color and consistency upon delivery. These differences are caused by different batches of raw materials. These differences do not entitle you to a complaint, as they do not affect the effect and care of the products.

Right of withdrawal

The company Sommer Seifen grant a 10-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Further provisions can be found in the footer of the online shop.

Warranty

Upon arrival, the customer must immediately inspect the goods for defects and quality. In the event of a complaint, the customer informs Sommer Seifen no later than 5 days after receipt of the goods, in writing (by email is sufficient). In the event of complaints, the date of purchase must be proven with an invoice. The complained item must be returned to us together with a copy of the invoice, sufficiently stamped.

We reserve the right to deviate from shop and/or brochure images. These deviations, as well as customary deviations in terms of colour, quantity or weight, are not considered defects and do not trigger any warranty claims.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or wear and tear. The warranty expires if the customer changes the delivered goods. A complete replacement of the item is permitted.

Place of jurisdiction

If you have something to complain about, be it a defect in the goods, packaging, shipping or any other problem in connection with the goods, please report this to us directly. These Terms and Conditions as well as the transactions conducted through the Website www.chanconette.ch are subject exclusively to substantive Swiss law.

Place of jurisdiction is 6300 Zug.
